Los Altos Hills home damaged by two-alarm fire
On Wednesday, January 30, 2013, just before 9:00 AM, units of the Santa Clara County Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire in the 23400 block of Ravensbury Avenue.
Upon arrival the first due engine company confirmed a working fire in a 4,000 square foot home with heavy smoke and flames showing from the garage extending into the structure's kitchen and attic space. Firefighters worked quickly to stop the spread of the fire limiting major damage to approximately 50 percent of the home.
There were no injuries reported to either fire service personnel or civilians. Four dogs inside the home were able to escape the fire without injury. Are you a member of the fire service?
