Three-alarm fire damages two Cupertino homes
On Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 3:34 PM, units of the Santa Clara County Fire Department responded to a structure fire that broke out in a shed spreading to two homes located at North Stelling Road and Greenleaf Drive in Cupertino, California.
Responding firefighters advised of smoke showing while en route with a second and third alarms being struck within minutes of their arrival. Flames that had originated in an outbuilding had spread into the attic spaces of the two homes leaving both uninhabitable.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the bulk of the flames within an hour while preventing the blaze from spreading to additional homes. There were no injuries reported.Do you currently, or have you worked for a fire department? Would you like to have photographs that you have seen on this website?
