Gas-Fed Fire Damages Commercial Structure in San José
On Tuesday, August 16, 2016, San José Firefighters responded to a working commercial structure fire at 1141 West San Carlos Street.
The blaze began after a pickup truck lost control and hit an exterior gas line igniting a fire that extended to the mansard roof of the involved structure. Crews were able to contain the majority of the fire to the roof preventing significant damage to the interior of the building.
Two businesses, Musik Ink Studios and Livin Art Tattoo, were impacted by the fire, but no injuries were reported. Assignment:
